About Judith Crook & The Next Chapter

My work as a wellbeing therapy practitioner began over 25 years ago in private practice, providing a range of holistic complementary therapies including: clinical reflexology, therapeutic massage, and aromatherapy. My interest in crystals led me to undertake a two-year crystal energy healing/dowsing practitioner course, which I then incorporated into my practice, and this also led me into teaching. After completing my teaching qualification, I taught/lectured for a few years in further education before eventually going back into private practice, which I was fortunate to establish within an NHS primary care setting. 

Specialising in women’s health and wellbeing, with additional qualifications in nutrition, foundation in counselling skills, and mindfulness teaching, I was able to offer support, advice and guidance for the many female clients I had within my practice at the GP surgery over 14 years. And, having completed my clinical reflexology, plus many other courses, at The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, I have likewise been able to offer wellbeing support and guidance for many cancer patients/clients. 

Over the last couple of years my interests and practices have evolved to integrate more of the mind-body connection with health and well-being, leading to a greater understanding of how our bodies respond to our thoughts and emotions, the energy we create, and how, when we listen, our intuition can support us in what we need. Combining these aspects and undertaking a spiritual life coaching program has initiated the birth of The Next Chapter.
